Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Speedracer ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service.

Information we collect

• Account info: name, email, password hash, workspace name.
• Customer content: URLs, briefs, prompts, and other content you submit so we can perform audits and generate deliverables.
• Usage data: log data, device info, IP address, feature usage, AI-spend metrics.
• Billing data: top-up amounts and transaction IDs. Card data is collected and stored by our payment processor, Paddle — we never see or store your full payment card details.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To meter AI usage and bill your wallet.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, security, product updates).
• To detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

AI processing

To generate outputs, your prompts and selected workspace context are sent to third-party AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Anthropic). These providers process your data under their own privacy terms and do not use it to train their models when accessed via their commercial APIs. We do not use your customer content to train foundation models.

Sharing

We share data only with:

• Service providers (hosting, AI inference, email, analytics, payment processing) acting on our behalf under contract.
• Other workspace members — content created in a workspace is visible to all members of that workspace.
• Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your workspace is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@speedracer.io. Some data may be retained for legal, security, or backup reasons for up to 90 days after deletion.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact support@speedracer.io to exercise these rights.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our service providers operate.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and row-level access controls. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post any updates to this policy on this page and notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice.
