Refund Policy

Speedracer is a prepaid usage-based service. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund of unused wallet balance.

Unused balance — refundable within 30 days

If you top up your wallet and decide Speedracer isn’t for you, you can request a refund of the unused portion of your most recent top-up within 30 days of the transaction. Email support@speedracer.io from the address associated with your account.

Used balance — non-refundable

AI usage that has already been consumed (deducted from your wallet) is non-refundable, because we have already paid the underlying AI providers for that work.

How refunds are processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Any taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) collected on the refunded portion are refunded with it.

Account termination

If you close your account, you may request a refund of unused balance within 30 days of your most recent top-up. After that window, unused balance is forfeited.

Disputed or unauthorized charges

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us first at support@speedracer.io — we can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent or unauthorized charges are always refunded in full.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
